protein shakes horrible for you makes you big stop that.eat chicken never fried,keep it grilled,or baked.never eat red meat just chicken a little steak once in a while will be great.8 8oz of water as much fruit and never eat after 7pm never jog or walk in flat land like the middle of the street always have to me going through hills.always eat breakfast

Cut everything you eat in half. This mean you still get to eat what u want but its halfed which mean your eating less.... and drink lots of water cos sometimes your busy mistakes tirst for hunger.......and you over-eat..
