yes but don't take daily.

Answer #5:

Well, garlic helps clear toxins and they never put that in diets...

Vinegar is good for you as it does clean out toxins. It is not too good for your stomach as it's very acidic. So have a yogurt before. But if it's on chips it does not matter as the fat works as a liner to the stomach.

The less toxins you have in your body, meaning in your liver that metabolises everything, the better the liver works.. Simple really. The liver is the organ that converts fat, with the natural chemical L- Carnitine.

Vinegar clears the skin in any case and that is for me a proof that the liver is helped by the vinegar. Also if you eat garlic or drink green tea and an otherwise varied diet, you will also see the difference.

As for what is proven - well a lot of things are not scientifically proven , but works anyway. Say you feel better if you take a vitamin. Or if you eat a lot of carrots you get a tan more easier...Etc etc.
If it does not hurt you and if you don't do anything to excess, it does not hurt. And if it makes you feel better , well then that's good!
