Question: Eating chicken on a diet?
( Back )
Answer #1:
You are supposed to only eat lean proteins, so chicken, turkey, fish, beans, and eggs are the recommended sources of protein. I would suggest not eating any carbohydrates after lunch time, that has been the biggest help in me losing 38 pounds. Make sure your meats are grilled, not fried, and don't eat the skin as that is not lean/healthy. Good luck!Answer #2:
Any meat would be fine as long as in controlled portions, plus a mixture of vegetable to balance it, losing weight can be easy, but doing so while not harming your body takes a bit of working out, also exercise comes to play. Some weeks when I am busy, I dont watch what I eat and do less exercise, but if I see my weight go up, I would set aside time for 45 mins on a bike each day and watch the food intake, and I can easily lose 10lbs in a weekAnswer #3:
You should eat a variety of foods, including meats.Always choose lean meats and if eating chicken avoid the skin.
I have managed to loose 15Kg and keep it off for over 6 months now.
I chucked all the biscuits and cakes, and crisps out of the house and they are banned now.
Also you can loose weight just by eating slightly smaller portions at each meal
I have hit a barrier now can't seem to loose any more, had tests at doctors and cholestrol and glucose levels fine so just accepting current weight.
If you are well healthwise live with your weight. Doctors seem quite happy to test everything for you.
