Hey Stacey just found your question.

Here are some basics for you that u should read carefully before starting a diet.
Dieting is basically just math. You should eat about 1 to 1.5 gr. protein and 1 gr. fat for each Kg body weight you got. But don't take it too lightly, fat means not fat.
But to keep it short if you got that so far you should add carbohydrates each week in portions of 50 gr. till you stay that weight u got and then reduce it SLIGHTLY. So that you lose about 500 gr per Week. Don't over do it while reducing the carbohydrates.

This is just supposed to be a hint for you, i would recommend that you start searching the internet for "nutrition basics".
