The simplest trick is to not eat anything after 5 pm. If you eat later than this, the food stores in your body instead of being burnt off by the energy you use during the day, thus, in the morning all that food has become fat.Another simple trick is to eat multiple (about 5-7) SMALL meals through out the day. This also helps your body burn the energy, instead of retaining it.

stop eating carbs. when there are no carbs in your muscles your body is forced to utilise fat as you expend any energy during the day, even walking up stairs.eat plenty of protein and fats, such as red meat, chicken, ham, cheese etc....
dont worry about your fat intake just dont eat carbs.
weight train 3 times per week and do high intensity cardio (sprints) on days in between. take a day off rest week.
try to eat every 2-3hrs.
dont skimp on meals after hours as suggested
always consume high quality protein 1hr-30min before and after workouts.
carbs are only acceptable at these times. however dont exceed more the 50grms ( 1apple/ 600ml oj) in each of the 2 sittings.
only eat the carbs before and after workouts if your interested in muscle gains. such as a tighter ass
this is a very brief diet and workout plan for fat loss and muscle toning, but is very effective and easy to abide by
