Answer #2:

low cal diet and cardio. notice these women do not have pronounced abs so i wouldnt worry bout doing crunches. cardio is all

Answer #3:

those bodies aren't very realistic! but just do crunches, if you find yourself bored at home, go for a run! workout while watching tv!
hope this helps.

Answer #4:

you can't have their bodies. you have your own genes. if you have genes for big muscles or more body fat, you'll be fatty and muscular. they have their own bodies and that's why they have their own bellies.

ok, so you're looking for a way to lose weight as they don't seem to have any muscles. well start eating healthy and work out a lot. doing the ab muscles won't decrease fat in that area.

Answer #5:

hands down invest in a dvd set called p90x i am a personal trainer and there is no better way to work out at home and get incredible results unless u want to break the bank and get a personal trainer

Answer #6:

This might sound silly but it's true...my pilates teacher used to always say "there are 3 body types: a bananna, an apple, and a pear. Banannas can hardly keep weight on, Apples gain above the waist, and pears gain below. You can't change your body type." Don't compare yourself to those models, just try to be the most fit, healthy you. I'm a pear lol but I'm going to be the best looking pear I can be. Just watch your portions and lower your calories while getting some cardio and build up some muscle. (muscle looks good on girls...you won't look like a body builder, just more like a woman) Do push-up, sit-ups, crunches, jump rope and/or anything else active you would like to do. Just be happy with who you are and have fun.

Oh and I've heard P90x is good...its much cheaper on amazon or ebay though

Answer #7:

So basically you want a body with a flat stomach and no excess body fat anywhere.

The magic number you should be look at is your body fat percentage. It's how much fat covering your body/muscles. The less you have of it the more tight, hard and tone your body will look.

Check your body composition (how much fat, muscle, water, etc...) at any gym, hospital or health center to see where you are and how far you need to go.

Now, for the tricky part. Body fat percentage isn't really a number, it's a ratio. It means it depends on 2 numbers: fat weight, and muscle weight.

Fat weight goes up, body fat % goes up
Fat weight goes down, body fat % goes down
Muscle weight goes up, body fat % goes DOWN
Muscle weight goes down, body fat % goes UP

Technically, you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time (gain and lose weight at the same time?? :P), so the only problem would be losing both fat and muscle at the same time, because that will keep your body fat % the same.

To lose body fat only you need:
1) Diet: Eat less than you burn (check it cause it's different of each person) or your body won't go near your body fat (why would it?)
2) Cardio: The only way to lose body fat, and also to lose muscle.
3) Weight training: To stop cardio from burning muscle and keep it as it is.

Check your body fat % every week to see how things are going:

If you gain fat or muscle, it means you are still eating too much (gain means eating too much).
If you lose fat and muscle, it means you are not working out your body with weights properly.
If you lose muscle and the fat doesn't change, it means you are eating way too low and your body is holding the fat for emergencies (starvation mode. Metabolism lock down). Which means you should eat a bit more.
If you are losing fat and no muscle lost, then you're perfect :D

Good luck ^^
