Question: What do I do after I just binged?

Lay down and drink some water. Just get some exercise in IN THE MORNING, dont do anything tonight it will just mess up your stomach more. But, after that, dont be so strict. Indulge a couple times a week so you dont binge again like that!

Eat a banana to level out the salt Drink lots of water and next tine don't eat the chips.

just ONE DAY of bad eating wont do any harm to you.
sit down, have a cup of tea, relax and try not to think about it
and get right back on track tomorrow

on any diet its okay to cheat once a week... and if you have eaten healthy for long time and then eating something bad the stomach stuff is normal.

First of all diets NEVER EVER WORK sure you might lose some weight for awhile, BUT you will get the cravings from time to time and you will be back where you started. You just have to learn to push yourself away from the table.You ate all those chips, enjoy the moment and just take a nap. "good luck"
