If you exercise you can lose weight and actually produce muscle. Though this is unhealthy. Eating these types of foods everyday can turn your liver into fat and this is bad. 230 Pounds is extremely heavy for a 20 year old. This is extremely unhealthy and you can kill yourself if you don't change your diet.

You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size. Things like bread and pasta should be kept to a minimum, they are still needed and are good if you need that extra energy to get through a workout. Just don't over do them!
