put on the headphones and start jogging, i usually jog home after work listening to some tunes, you might not be able to do it all the first time around but set goals and try to beat your longest distance everydayAnswer #2:
Atkins diet or South Beach diet...You can find awesome low carb recipes and support groups online...It's very tasty and filling so you don't starve and one can lose up to 14 lbs. the first 2 weeks...But you must buy the book and read it...It's important to absorb the info about these diets to understand what, when and how of these diets...It's mainly meat and salads for 2 weeks staying under 20 carbs or less with NO sugar, flour products, pasta products & processed products...I ususally live on cheese omelets, hamburger and salads...Sugar free jello and diet dr. pepper for a sweet tooth...For excerise...Stair step on the back of the house or in house steps...Dance for 30 minutes a day...Do the excerises you did in gym classes...Walk in place and lift those legs high...Walk, walk walk...And good luck to you...You CAN do it...It only takes 21 days to form a new habit.
