Question #1:

I need some diet advice. 20-40 pounds?

I'm 15, Weigh 220 pounds, and I'm 5'8. I want to at at least drop to 180-200. If anyone has any diet advice, and some exercise options they would like to share, It'll be appreciated. I also do want to gain some muscle too. I lift weights a few times a day. Maybe 2 sets of 10, 20 pounds, every 3 hours maybe? Seems to be working well.

Hi kids, I'm not making a grand exit, I'd just like to say I miss all of you with my completely nonsensicle work and school schedule. I'm also super annoyed with the questions that still end up here and I don't have the patience to sort through them while trying to memorize Benzodiazepines...

Will Swimming Make Me Lose Muscle Mass?

Hey, I'm 15, male, trying to gain muscle mass. Today I ate a high-calorie diet, I still have more to eat though. Yesterday I worked out my shoulders and triceps.

Today I went swimming for half an hour, and in 1 and a half hours I have to work out my traps and abs.

Is the swimming today going to ruin my workout and make me lose my muscle mass? I don't want to have burned too many calories or overworked my muscles.

What can I do?

I keep getting genital herpes outbreaks- what am I doing wrong and how can I stop this???

This is my third outbreak in 4 months and it is getting really annoying. For my second outbreak, the doctor gave me medicine for it (acyclovir), but now I have another outbreak a week later.
Do I worry too much??
I have not been changing my diet.
I got genital herpes from my husband in April, but since then he has had no outbreaks and I keep getting them.

What's wrong with me????

Is it okay to lose 10 lbs a month?

I'm 14 years old and currently weight 162 lbs at 5'5 which isn't obese(yet) but i am overweight. And I'm going on a diet for 5 months and planning on losing 40-50 lbs. Does that sounds healthy? I don't want to do something if its bad for me. and I am going to be eating just cutting my calories down to 1400 a day and walking 1 mile a day. What do you think?

Anyone else been to a Swingers party?

Due to an exuberant amount of export strength gin, my wife has realised at the ripe old age of 41 her shelf life has now expired. Anyway, following a numerous amount of verbal directives and slamming of doors, she has finally come to her senses and seen the light. However, after investing good money after bad her physical instructor Mr. Mypopsadildo has decided to drop by this evening, not only that I have been advised to keep 'myself to myself' whilst he teaches her a few tricky shots. Apparently he makes her feel more 'womanly' He has also put her on a 'Think fast diet' whatever that is.
Is there something going on here, as last week they went to one of those Swingers party's ? I have been reliably informed they are similar to Salsa dancing, truth be told, I don't know why she bothers, as the old girl really has two left feet.

Ok, so i've been taking Bio body perfect - fat burner

there great!

but i ate loads today and gained some back

The diet pills make your metabolizable (i think thats the word) quicker

but it says not to take more than 4 a day but what would happen if i took another 2 ? to make 6 diet pills in one day

will it just make my metabolizable system really fast or something and whats the harm of taking 6 a day?

how can i be the healthiest possible?

I'm not just talking about healthy diet and exercise for a healthy weight. Other than that, what can i do to be the healthiest person I can be? I just think it'd be really cool to be super healthy and feel great! I'm talking about vitamins, illnesses, sleep, etc !
oh and i forgot, skin care, fingernail and toenail care, hair care, eyes, teeth, etc

I have recently decided to stop eating meat and become a vegetarian. The only problem is is that i do a lot of sports including running and rowing and i need a diet that is beneficial to me physically. What are some good tips to being a vegetarian but also getting all of the nutrients and proteins and everything else that i need.

also any good recipes would be appreciated. i love spicy and flavorful foods.

does diabetes cause celiac?

ok; im 13 and have had diabetes sence i was 1 and a half. and i have taken good care of myself. but my doctor thinks i need to do better because ive had it so long. but she said she was going to have tests about celiac. and im not sure what that means. all i no is celiac is where u have to have a gluten free diet. but anyways will my diabetes cause the celiac? and if yes. how can i prevent it? im scared please help. i really dont want anymore problems. and i dont want to have dificulties when im older. oh and i also have a thyroid problem where i have to take senthroid... so will that interfere with celiac? or cause it?
and i have a very active shedule.. sooo.. (idk if that will help anything but still)

I WANT to LOSE weight....ANY suggestions??

I am 18 and 163 lbs. I had a baby 3 months ago and topped the scale at 210 when I delivered after delivery I went down to 193 lbs. I am currently at 163 lbs. I would like to be around 130 lbs or so. I am 5'6. But I have a hard time sticking to a "diet". I am always hungry. I just started exercising. I do it about 3 times a week for about an hour to and hour and a half. I do the elliptical for 30 mins. 120 sit ups. Some weight training and floor exercises. I just have a hard time with my eating and also I don't really know hoe to eat healthy without always feeling hungry. I would appreciate any help or advice. I would like to lose the 30 lbs by November. Is that possible?? Thank you for your time.

Please Help! Picky Budgies!?

I have four budgies at home. Two of them were only offered seed at the pet store, and the other two were feed only seed at their old home. I want to switch them over to a home cooked diet such as pasta, vegetables, fruit, greens, pellets, and only occasionally seed. I know that an all seed diet is like a death diet, and I really want (and need) to switch their diet around, but they are SO PICKY! I give them seed with pellets in it, and when they eat, they leave all the pellets behind! I have tried sooo many things to try and get them to eat other stuff. Feeding them out of my hand, making the food look like a toy, giving them only non-seed food for supper, offering them pellets again, etc.. They just don't bother to even try the new food. I have had two of my birds for about 2 years now, and the other two for about a year. I've tried to get their diet switched around ever since I got them, but they refuse the new food. Please help me!

around july 26th, i had like two beers and a wine cooler
& the week before that, I took a diet pill.

how long would it take for them to get out of your system?
i think im getting a drug and alcohol test on the 25th or 26th so i just wanna make sure.
