So I know once I get motivated enough to start and know what I am to do,then It's a breeze from there because I am very dedicated and willing.I'm tired of people saying " wow she's gained a lot of weight" and feeling bad about myself. I want to do this , but don't know where to start or how to get motivated to start. I work two full time jobs ,but can't afford the gym as they are too expensive. So what are some good at home things I can do and good motivation tips to get me started?? I have cut soda's out of my diet completely, which I drank a lot of , but Other than that I am stuck. Any help wold be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Breakfast-
Egg White Omelet (approx.3) w/ cheddar cheese = 90 calories
Banana Milkshake- 128 calories
Lunch:
1/2 a can of Tuna (No mayonnaise) on two slices of white bread- approx. 280 calories
1 apple - 80 calories
After school snack-
Orange/Vanilla/Blueberry Smoothie- 120 calories
One cup of vanilla yogurt- 110 calories
Dinner-
My mom makes my dinner (So I don't know). I probably will eat around 500 here.
Night Snack-
Frosted Flakes Cereal with milk- 210 calories

Question #7:
Wellness Core for cats, how much wet food to feed?
I'm getting a kitten soon and I'm planning on switching her over to Wellness Core wet and dry food. The lady who I'm getting her from will have her on a mixed diet of raw and dry foods. And although I would love to keep feeding her raw, I'm a college student so buying her a high quality food that is close to the raw philosophy will be a bit easier on me at the moment. Anyway, since Wellness Core is such a rich food I'm wondering how much should I be feeding her? She will be around 12 weeks when I get her and I plan on feeding her the wet food twice a day in the morning and at night. Plus leave out some dry food for her to nibble on throughout the day.So how much of the wet food should I give her, is about a tablespoon in the morning and at night enough? Remember she'll have access to the dry food too 24/7

Question #14:
could this be my month? what do u think?
ok... sorry if this is really long and has a lot of TMI but i want to give all the details and get honest opinions based on all the factsmy husband and i have been ttc for over 3 years now. we have had 4 miscarriages, but no full term pregnancies. about 6 months ago i realized that i was "obsessing" about getting pregnant (i was a frequent y! visitor).. so i decided it would be best to stop "trying" for a while. well, anyone who wants a baby knows that its not easy to just STOP trying for something u want so bad! so to distract myself i decided to focus on me! i used dieting and weight loss as my distraction (i was, and still am slightly overweight) i have lost almost 30 pounds and feel great! my husband and i continued to BD but no charts and no temperatures and no OPKs!
my periods have always been normal (30 day cycles, give or take a day)
my last cycle started on January 25th. I spotted (literally JUST a spot) on feb 19th, and again the same thing in feb 26th. now for the last 3 days i have been getting REALLLLY light bleeding only with the first one or twos potty trips (no panty liner even needed! just one wipe and its done) its a light pinkish/coral color. no cramps, no bloating or other signs of AF
the only other symptoms that i am having is severe constipation (which i NEVER had before) and verrry veryyy itchy nipples (not sore at all) i have been putting lotion on 5 times a day and they still itch like crazy!
what do u guys think? i plan on testing in the morning... but just wanted to get a few outside opinions first! be honest! i can handle it! i have been thru much worse in this journey! i am really hoping for a BFP and a healthy pregnancy! thanks for reading!
thanks everyone for responding so far... the 30 pounds was lost over the entire 6 months.. so that averages about 5lbs a month or so.
Question #15:
What can I change in my diet to help alleviate dark circles under my eyes?
I don't give myself enough time to eat correctly, I'll admit it; I live on noodles and microwave meals. Although I don't have any food allergies that I know about, and I'm not vegetarian or anything.I don't allow time for my 5 portions of fruit & veg a day, either. I feel as though I'm answering my own question here, but fire away, please. :)
Question #16:

Two questions concerning dog food?
I am researching dog foods for my year old English Cocker Spaniel. Now that she is an adult, I am trying to figure out what is the best for her. She is moderately active and as a breed, tends to gain weigh easily which I want to diligently control. It seems that many foods tout high protein as a quality but what I am trying to determine is, how much protein should be in a moderately active dog's diet? And, if you feed weight control (specifically Healthy Weigh Management by Blue buffalo), is it a good idea to keep them on that food even after they reach an ideal weight?
Any advice?
Question #18:
is the atkins diet really as bad as they say??
if so, why?Question #19:
weight questions (10 pts best answer)?
Okay I'm 13 and a girl.I use to eat a lot so I got on a diet and exercised. I lost a lot.
Well this girl told me that you don't have to diet, excpesailly as a teen, that all I have to do is get on my feet (working/going places) eat 3 small meals of whatever(she wasn't saying fast food) and 2 snacks between them like sun chips, cheese stick,or fruit.but whatever my mom cooks like spegetti, pork chops, backed potatos, ect. Eat small portions of everything. All I have to do is get more active outside and eat smaller and add some more healthy things.
Is she right? I would like to maintain weight and still go out with my friends on the weekends and have a shake,or pizza....
She also said once I hit 16 the extra chubby parts should shed off.is she right?
Question #20:
Question about grain free dry cat food?
I want to switch my cat to a better cat food. When I adopted him, he was and still is on dry science diet (which is crap). I've read that wet food is better for cats than dry, mostly because of the moisture content and fewer grains which cats don't need.So I'm wondering, wouldn't a grain free dry cat food suffice? The cost of good wet food can get pretty expensive over time and I'm already paying to feed 3 large dogs a quality food.
I'm thinking that a grain free dry food would give all of the benefits of wet food besides the moisture, but my cat drinks enough water on his own.
Please no cynical answers, just answer the question. And I've already read enough articles/posts about ingredients and 'what a cat needs' so I don't need a lecture either.
It's not that I am willing to spend money on the dogs and not the cat. I am not feeding the dogs top of the line food because I can not afford it. I am also not looking for top of the line cat food for the same reason.
I take care of all of my pets as best as I can, and they are happy and healthy, so don't judge me for not spending tons of money on overpriced food that most likely won't make much of a difference over medium grade food.
I asked here to get a variety of answers from people who have cats. I am more familiar with dogs than cats because I have been around them my whole life. I can't ask the vet for advice because they recommend crap food for both the cat and the dogs. I have read the articles and done the research but I need to find a food to fit my budget.
Most people on this planet have a budget, whether they have a pet or not.
